Contract Duration: 6 months

Contract Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week

Purpose & Objective of Position

 

The Field Transformation and Readiness (FTR) organization was established to build upon the strong foundation of the nine-month SAP Academy for Sales program and continue to support the development journey of these associates across a three-year journey.  The team is responsible for all field related activities from demand planning and recruiting through year 3 with SAP.  The core focus of this team is to increase sales productivity and business impact by creating an optimal field experience for our associates to accelerate their development in sales.  


Expectations & Tasks

 

The Operations Support Intern will support the following: 

  • Support planning and implementation of projects aligned with FTR’s five pillar strategy:
    • Ongoing learning
    • Career and leadership development
    • Mentoring and coaching    
    • Peer-to-peer
    • Stakeholder engagement
  • Assist with operational reporting and analytics topics, which may include: 
    • Tracking and measurement of team and Sales Academy program KPIs, analysis of results, identification of improvement opportunities
    • Reporting on sales performance of Sales Academy Graduates for quarterly stakeholder meetings 
    • Collection, reporting and analysis of performance data of Sales Academy associates
    • Tracking and trending of associate/graduate data  
  • Logistics support
    • Team meeting scheduling

Educational Requirements

 

Current student or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree.

 

Qualifications

 

Previous internship and/or leadership opportunities during University.
