Purpose and Objective: 

SAP America, Inc seeks an Operations Specialist at our Newtown Square, PA location to support development of (board) area specific strategy, execution and operational plans.

 

Expectations and Tasks:

Monitor specific goals (scope, quality, budget, time) and continuous enhancements and adoption to new requirements. Coordinate program/projects management activities. Provide program & project management support for (area specific) projects. Contribute to process definition and rollout. Provide process guidelines, standards, methods & tools. Ensure continuous process and quality improvements. Monitor process compliance and compliance to SAP-wide standards. Execution and analysis of periodic reports. Definition and creation of new reports. Organize planning meetings. Creation of concepts and content for information rollout (newsletter, Corporate Portal content, Wiki-pages). 5% travel required.

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Business Operations, or related field of study and 1 year of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 0 years of experience.

 

Work Experience:

  • Experience or coursework must involve the following: SAPs strategy & cloud portfolio; SAP systems including ERP, CRM, BW, SAC, Fiori, HR; service quality tools and indicators to build quality criteria into business services and continuously measure, maintain and optimize customer experience; business management and administration concepts, including planning, organizational and financial aspects of the business and ability to effectively apply this knowledge in different operational contexts; and ISO to coordinate awareness and training programs regarding audits/assessments. 5% travel required.
