Premium Engagement (PE) Lead- Regulated Industries

Location: Open to candidates located in the West and Central regions of the United States.

 

We are looking for a Premium Engagement (PE) Lead for the delivery of the MaxAttention and ActiveAttention programs.

The PE Lead is a trusted advisor, providing unbiased guidance to our customers on the proper adoption and deployment of SAP solutions and technology.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Successful deployment of PE portfolio and execution of Service Plans, applying working knowledge of SAP Best Practices, Methodology and Tools, and capturing the value of PE programs
  • Ensures the engagement meets the highest levels of standards and excellence
  • Provides oversight, coaching, and mentorship to the Technical Quality Manager (TQM) and other PE resources on the team
  • Collaborates with any System Integrator (SI) of the customer; diplomatically highlighting the risks and the alternate SAP recommendations, if the SI is headed in the wrong direction
  • Captures and reports how the engagement is driving business value to the customer, accelerating Time to Value, optimizing operations, and safeguarding projects using PE services
  • Demonstrates a premium level of enthusiasm and understanding of the Customer’s strategy and requirements, solution landscape and business processes
  • Fosters a culture of empathy, ideation and innovation
  • Recommends adjustments to the SAP MaxAttention Service Plan as needed
  • Facilitates and provides recommendations for technical or business process improvements
  • Identifies top issues, defines the associated action plan & drives the resolution process
  • Coordinate involvement of all SAP resources onsite and in the back office that are associated with PE services being deployed
  • Build strong relationships with SAP license/cloud sales, partners, and other SAP delivery organizations

 

Experience and Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Sr Technical Quality Manager (TQM) or similar role with a successful track record of delivering PE services at multiple accounts, and enabling customers on their S/4 HANA and Cloud journey
  • Excellent knowledge of the PE portfolio of services and established network with the SAP CoE teams that assist with PE Services
  • Basic Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Bachelor or Masters’ STEM Degree: Science, Tech, English, Math and/or equivalent experience in the field of technology
  • Equivalent experience in the field of technology is defined with over 10+ years of hands-on experience in technology (e.g. Basis, ABAP, infrastructure), and/or functional areas (e.g. Manufacturing, Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehousing and Finance) within the SAP Product portfolio including S/4 HANA, and other cloud solutions
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism, and is highly customer service oriented with customer-first service approach
  • Experience with Regulated Industries (Utilities, Public Sector, International Agencies)
