The Global Physical Security - Applications and Technology Team is comprised of a group of industry experts as it relates to all associated system applications and technologies. These systems include but are not limited to: Access Control, Visitor Identity Management, Video Management, Security Communications, Intrusion Detection and Perimeter Detection System.

Our team works alongside the Regional Operations Team to ensure each physical security system project (new construction or upgrade) is appropriately designed, budgeted, installed, tested, trained and supported, based on our physical security standards and best practices.


How You Might Contribute

  • The Regional Applications Manager will manage the lifecycle as it relates to the physical security systems for all new enterprise/regional projects, office buildouts and system upgrades as defined with the region. These responsibilities will include but not be limited to technology design, infrastructure, integration, programming, preventative maintenance, and project documentation.
  • The Regional Applications Manager will provide close coordination with the Global Head - Physical Security Technology and Strategy, Regional Head, Sub-Regional Heads, Country Managers and Security System Coordinators as needed on all projects to ensure a full understanding of each projects design, budget and project schedule.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to the regional team in the planning, design, bid, construction management, commissioning, warranty and preventative maintenance for multiple concurrent projects, and oversee all aspects of the physical security systems related to these projects.  Projects include new construction and renovation (driven by Global Real Estate & Facilities), or system replacements and/or additions.
  • Provide ongoing coordination and communication with the Global Head - Physical Security Technology and Strategy to ensure that all GPS standards, policies and procedures are current as they relate to region, country and state requirements. Strong writing skills are required.


A Successful Candidate Should

  • 15 years’ experience in physical security industry or equivalent (military, law enforcement, etc.) or 10 years’ minimum experience in corporate physical security.
  • 10 years’ experience in the design, implementation, and support of (industry leading) enterprise physical security systems, while providing seamless support to the GPS regional teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the principles and methods of physical security systems and identify new hardware and software solutions that may be integrated with current physical security standards.
  • Ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve physical security system issues as they relate to basic performance, integration, and alarm/event capabilities.
  • Ability to travel between 15-25% as needed
  • Must be able to work onsite in Newtown Square, PA. Local candidates preferred but all candidates need to already reside in the US to be considered.
