TEAM OVERVIEW

Marketing Data Compliance & Management enables the SAP Marketing organization to develop end-to-end marketing programs that deliver on our corporate strategy and supports SAP’s comAitment to protecting a person’s right to privacy.

We collaborate with teams within Marketing & Solution (M&S) to enable them to address local regulations and SAP Data Protection and Privacy policies in order to meet their corporate objectives.  

 

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our organization focuses on working with M&S teams to streamline processing, simplifying compliance to SAP policies’ and empower marketers. 

As a member of the team, you will support marketers throughout the campaign lifecycle from planning to execution. In addition, work on corporate initiatives to ensure SAP’s policies and guidelines are understood and deployed in Marketing & Solutions.

 

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

This role reports directly to the Head of SAP Marketing Data Compliance. Your focus would be to drive our integrated data protection and compliance vision and plans into M&S teams to ensure compliance with SAP’s Corporate Data Protection policies. In addition, your role would entail translating the strategy into execution by driving continuous improvement in marketing processes, operational standards and systems, and supporting corporate-wide strategic programs.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  
  • Collaborate with and support global and local marketing team’s data privacy needs in support of their demand generation activities
  • Drive continuous compliance improvement through identification, documentation, and implementation of data privacy best practices
  • Build and maintain partnerships with Marketing and Solution team members
  • Develop and communicate data protection processes & policies in a clear concise manner so  marketers can understand and implement them in their processes and systems
  • Work with SAP technology teams to define and incorporate privacy capabilities into our systems to enable the support SAP policies
  • Manage the delivery of assigned projects or areas of responsibilities

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

  •  
  • Minimum 4-7 years of related experience
  • Project leadership (medium-large scale projects)
  • Knowledge and experience with data privacy topics is preferred
  • Experience navigating relationships with stakeholders across local and Global teams
  • Proven expertise guiding and motivating diverse and virtual teams to deliver business results
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • MBA/Master's degree or equivalent preferred
