What you’ll do
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Success, Communications
Location: Newtown Square, PA
Expected Start Date: October 2024
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Assist the CS Board Area Communications team to develop and execute internal and external communications strategies and initiatives
- Support communications efforts related to high profile internal and external events that are attended by tens of thousands of people across the globe and drive key messages about SAP’s business strategy, especially as it relates to cloud business AI adoption in close collaboration with the Regional Communications team
- Create and manage visual assets for internal communications including email templates, internal newsletters, and infographics
- Assist with creation and editing of content including social media copy, intranet articles, videos and infographics
- Track coverage and metrics to show impact and results
- Provide additional support for internal and external meetings and events
What you bring

- Solid writing skills
- Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or similar major
- Understanding of basic design skills and creating content in a graphically appealing manner
- Interest in media and digital communications
- Enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ attitude

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 17-40 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
