About the team

We are looking for a working student to support the daily tasks of the Global Cloud Services (GCS) Service Management Team. This international team, which consists of 20+ colleagues, is responsible to support the internal Lines of Business for all cloud infrastructure elements of our Service Portfolio from a business perspective. GCS Service Management is a global team that serves as the interface between Global Cloud Services and SAP’s Cloud Business and internal delivery units. Our team of Business Engagement Managers manage demand, engagement, finance, and service portfolio activities. Conducting regular meetings with the customer, we align LoB strategies with business roadmaps and GCS delivery units. We aim to satisfy our customers by exceeding their expectation in every interaction. The team is heavily involved in driving strategic internal projects to reduce infrastructure costs and optimize Cloud utilization rates.

In this role, you’ll:


We would like to integrate motivated students into our team by focusing on their further development. This would be their opportunity to:

  • Get to know the area SAP Cloud Demand and Supply Management process including Service Review & Controlling aspects
  • Support Best Run / Top X program focusing on our Demand and Capacity Management Process and Tool improvements and driving change within our team as well as all of GCS
  • Learn about and support our Business Engagement Managers with LoB support topics and demand planning
  • Join an international team and become its integral part by taking on numerous responsibilities


Who you are


We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.


  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: economics, business administration, computer sciences or others
  • Computer skills: Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, Experience with SAP systems as a plus
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: (Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team as well as independently
