About the team


The Global Ecosystem and Midmarket Marketing team works with SAP’s key software solution partners to support SAP’s ecosystem, revenue, and growth aspirations with innovative partner marketing, engagement, and empowerment. We create great partner experiences, extend the company’s brand and reach to more customers, and help build the pipeline.

We are truly a Global Marketing team.

What you’ll do


Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Partner Marketing


Location: Newtown Square, PA or Remote/Virtual US


Expected Start Date: July 2022


Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months


The team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team. Successful candidates will support our priority Integrated Demand Programs (IDPs) which outline end-to-end demand plans that fulfill Chief Marketing and Solutions Office (CMSO) business objectives. These programs are geared to deliver demand by engaging and converting prospects and customers across the buyer’s journey. In this role, you will gain exposure to various global teams across SAP Marketing and partner organizations. You will be involved in discussions regarding demand planning, marketing plans, and marketing impact measurements (key marketing KPIs).


Key Areas of Responsibility


  • Learn about the Global Digital Demand, Commerce and Ecosystem (GDCE) processes within SAP
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing Managers (PMMs) and extended team members who are leading the GDCE planning and partner integration process
  • Help PMMs pull together campaign BoM lists for key Integrated Demand Programs (IDPs)
  • Support PMMs and facilitate regional interlocks and marketing cadence with the field marketing teams
  • Identify gaps and propose tactics by working closely with the extended team
  • Track campaign results for key IDPs
  • Help put together a framework for partner integration best practices


Who you are


We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.


  • Educational requirements:  2+ years of university experience or recent graduate
  • Marketing major
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Some business or marketing experience
  • Monitoring and measuring campaign results and outcomes
  • Researching and proposing new marketing tactics to help improve marketing outcomes/KPIs
  • Ability to gather knowledge on new subject matter from across a range of sources and stakeholders
  • Experience working with remote global teams
