Purpose and Objective: SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Senior Product Specialist at our Newtown Square, Pennsylvania location to evaluate customers' C4C solution and provide technical and process guidance to customers and implementation partners to optimize the performance of C4C solution.

 

Expectations and Tasks: Work closely with engineering and Cloud operations teams to identify potential areas for performance improvements in the C4C solution. Own and drive the topic of SAP Hybris Cloud Performance expert service. Prepare and publish best practice documents related to Hybris Cloud Performance. Align with product management and engineering leadership to influence the product roadmap. Work closely with Cloud Operations to ensure customer issues related to performance are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner. Be the go to person for customers and partners for Cloud for Customer performance topics. Support sales and customer engagement executives for critical/strategic deals and projects in the area of performance. Ramp up on new technologies and functionalities quickly. Serve as a creative thinker and self-starter who can drive execution and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and effectiveness. 20% travel required.

 

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study and 6 years of experience required. Will also accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.

 

 

Work Experience: Experience must involve: C4C implementations as a technical expert; SAP and non-SAP tools for performance tuning; performance tuning of Cloud solutions; network performance and web performance accelerators; complex CRM implementations with integrations to SAP and non-SAP backend systems; CRM business processes; middleware technologies; NetWeaver PI and HCI; development experience in ABAP; SAP CRM and ECC; SaaS implementation; SAP HANA; and the ByDesign platform. 20% travel required.
