Location:  Newtown Square, PA

Purpose and Objective: 

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Senior Support Engineer at our Newtown Square, PA location to utilize customer data intelligence and innovations to drive consumption and adoption of SAP cloud products thereby driving customer satisfaction of overall customer base.

Expectations and Tasks:

Leverage Cloud Architecture expertise to design services that drives cloud solution consumption for SAP Cloud customers in Customer Experience solution. Create and manage customer's engagement\ success plans to ensure that customers get the most value out of SAP Cloud solution investments. Be their trusted advisor for SAP cloud products as part of their Preferred Success contract. Leverage proactive tools to plan for possible risks to customer's projects and current usage of cloud products. Drive customer's success by tracking their yearly business cycles and goals. Help review customer's key business processes and advise on optimal solution usage. Orchestrate SAP's resources to provide business value and solution specific expertise for customer. Leverage various back office teams to deliver success checks and other solution checks to ensure good system health and maximize customer's understanding of the product. Mentor, coach and empower colleagues proactively on your area of functional expertise. 10% travel required.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Information Systems or a related field of study and 6 years of experience required.  The company will also accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.

Work Experience:

  • Experience must involve 2 years in the following: Cloud Architecture and Cloud Development; SAP Sales and Service Cloud, Business ByDesign Extensibility, SDK, and Partner Development Infrastructure; SAP Sales and Service Cloud, SAP Business ByDesign Integrations; SAP Sales and Service Cloud, SAP Business By Design Data Migration, Data Management and APIs; SAP Sales and Service Cloud Business Analytics; SAP Sales and Service Cloud Performance and Functional Expertise; Functional Usage for SAP Sales and Service Cloud; Technical issue troubleshooting on SAP Sales and Service Cloud;.
  • Experience must also include: Delivery of sessions for Best Practices around cloud Release Management, Operations, Tenant Infrastructure; and Delivery of workshops for Business Best Practices and Adoption of SAP Sales and Service Cloud. 10% travel required.
