The Premium Hub-Centre of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Success Delivery Center provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention and Enterprise Support customers.

The CoE NA Logistics Planning and Procurement team focuses on the top Max-Attention customers providing them conceptual and Architectural guidance and helps in the Digital Transformation in Intelligent Spend and Supply Chain area.



  • Requirement gathering in process areas like SAP IBP S&OP, Demand Management, Response & Supply, Inventory Management.
  • Create the “to-be” technology footprint, develop solutions roadmap and phased implementation approach to achieve strategic business objectives within Supply Chain, Planning and Operations. Business Process 
  • Champion or Expert in at least one functional area like SAP IBP Demand Planning, Inventory, S&OP, Response & Supply and DDMRP, production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), Advance Available to promise(aATP).
  • Transform requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables for strategic initiatives within the assigned functional area
  • Work with Domain Architects (including Data, Infrastructure, Application and Security architects) to ensure that solution architecture aligns with system design guidelines and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Perform hands-on work related to system configuration etc. Document business requirements, Business process flows, functional specs and solution designs.



  • In Depth knowledge of Supply Chain planning with hands on exposure to SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SCM and IBP consulting or PP/DS or aATP/Product development, Integration CPI-DS and SDI
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP or S/4HANA aATP or PP/DS
  • Strong knowledge of logistics process
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Business Technology Platform (BTP), iRPA and Machine Learning would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++) would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Solving performance problems, data consistency issues and availability analysis of complex SAP solutions.
