Position Overview

By providing direct access to SAP SuccessFactors solutions, the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app makes it effortless for employees to engage with HR processes and complete tasks quickly, using the device that is always with them. It makes HR processes available anytime and anywhere. It offers comprehensive features including productivity, time and attendance, talent management, learning, among others.
As a Mobile Architect in our team, you will be focused on delivering the next-generation Mobile experience for SAP SuccessFactors. As a Mobile Architect, you will be offered the opportunity to influence the technical implementation guidance across multiple sites and engineers.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall experience in Mobile application development
- 2 years of experience of providing technical leadership in iOS/Android development
- Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Expert knowledge of computer science or related field, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Expert in Kotlin/Swift, Java/Objective C, Android/iOS Native development
- Experience in driving good practices, code reviews, and mentoring people in writing maintainable and scalable code
- Experience with networking, persistency, multithreading, performance, RESTful APIs, Git
- Experience in unit testing, mobile automation test and CI/CD for Mobile
- Experience in implementing mobile-accessible applications
- Solid understanding of Internet protocols and practices, such as HTTP caching, OAuth/SAML, etc.
- Solid understanding of API fundamentals and experience consuming REST API
- Working knowledge of Android/iOS security, including but not limited to Secure Storage, Cryptography, Authentication and Session Management
- Working familiarity with OOA, OOD, and UML
- Ability to understand complex UI problem scenarios and propose solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with other team members
- Passionate about developing cool UIs and a self-starter
- Excellent team building, relationship management and time management skills
Nice to have
- Master’s in computer science or related field
- Proof of work (e.g., open-source contributions in GitHub) or worked on high grade public apps
- Experience in developing in other area besides Android & iOS, including but not limited to Ruby, HTML5
- Experience with cloud application and understand the cloud operation model
- Experience in Firebase, Realm, CoreData
