Position Overview

As a Mobile Architect in our team, you will be focused on delivering the next-generation Mobile experience for SAP SuccessFactors. As a Mobile Architect, you will be offered the opportunity to influence the technical implementation guidance across multiple sites and engineers. 
 
Key Requirements: 

• 10+ years of overall experience in Mobile application development 
• 2 years of experience of providing technical leadership in iOS/Android development
• Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent work experience 
• Expert knowledge of computer science or related field, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Expert in Kotlin/Swift, Java/Objective C, Android/iOS Native development
• Experience in driving good practices, code reviews, and mentoring people in writing maintainable and scalable code
• Experience with networking, persistency, multithreading, performance, RESTful APIs, Git
• Experience in unit testing, mobile automation test and CI/CD for Mobile
• Experience in implementing mobile-accessible applications 
• Solid understanding of Internet protocols and practices, such as HTTP caching, OAuth/SAML, etc. 
• Solid understanding of API fundamentals and experience consuming REST API
• Working knowledge of Android/iOS security, including but not limited to Secure Storage, Cryptography, Authentication and Session Management
• Working familiarity with OOA, OOD, and UML 
• Ability to understand complex UI problem scenarios and propose solutions 
• Ability to communicate effectively with other team members
• Passionate about developing cool UIs and a self-starter
• Excellent team building, relationship management and time management skills

 
Nice to have 

• Master’s in computer science or related field
• Proof of work (e.g., open-source contributions in GitHub) or worked on high grade public apps 
• Experience in developing in other area besides Android & iOS, including but not limited to Ruby, HTML5
• Experience with cloud application and understand the cloud operation model
• Experience in Firebase, Realm, CoreData
