Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, North America for HCM, this person will be
responsible for managing the Vice Presidents within the West Market Unit. This is a second line manager role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Driving revenue and surpassing quota within the West Market Unit.
•Enabling Regional Vice Presidents and their respective teams to find, qualify, accurately
forecast and close deals.
•Partnering with presales, services, marketing, lead gen, etc., to work together toward the
common goals.
BS/BA required
•15+ years overall experience in software applications sales.
•5+ years managing senior level sales reps and 5+ years of second line management.
•5+ years selling and managing sales cycles into large accounts, and into installed and net-new
•Proven track record of overachievement against quota as a rep and manager/second line
•Past experience using a CRM and Forecasting tool
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint skills needed
•Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles
•Ability and willingness to travel
