About the team

 

The mission of the Release Readiness team is to ensure SAP internal stakeholders and our customers/partners can support and adopt new procurement capabilities and innovations, helping to secure customers for life.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP Procurement iXp Intern – Release Readiness

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Expected start date: June 6, 2022

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

  • Engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary team to implement process improvements that help to ensure the successful release of new features to customers.

  • Review the feasibility of creating a dedicated community for the topic of Release Readiness.

  • Gather best practices based on a review of leading communities in the enterprise software space.

  • Create a gap analysis between applicable best practices and what the SAP Community framework provides.

  • Create a requirements document to outline the prerequisites for a successful implementation.

 

The successful candidate will work with, and take direction from, several senior program managers on the team. They will provide guidance based on their experience in this area and time spent working with customers.

 

Who you are: 

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Education, Product Marketing, or related field (may be in progress).

  • Customer management skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Consistent ability to act independently on project work.

  • Demonstrated skill in analyzing and interpreting data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
