As a Senior Product Specialist, you are highly motivated, multi-disciplined Product Manager, team player with a passion for Mobile and its related technology  to define and build products that are valuable to our trading partners.

  • Drive the vision, roadmap planning of SAP Business Network mobile products for iOS and Android
  • Align on the set vision, strategy, and roadmap and collaborate with the wider team and its stakeholders, partners and customers worldwide
  • Collaborate with partners in engineering and UX to design and deliver features that expand what the reach of Mobile user base.
  • Frequently talk to customers across various industries and regions to determine what’s needed to build the best product in the markeT
  • Attend bug scrub meetings and group tests making sure product and features are always maintaining high quality
  • Define acceptance criteria for all features and review test scenarios to make sure they are aligned with the acceptance criteria
  • Define feature scope, user stories and   detail business requirements, then compose the technical backlog while demonstrating leadership for your development scrum teams
  • Prepare, publish, demo, and present the product domain internally, on social media and in customer-facing events
  • Communicate and share roadmap updates to key stakeholders, Sales, Support, Product Marketing and other internal SAP groups worldwide
  • Monitor customer feedback and recommendation on new Ideas by tracking comments in SAP’s Customer Influence tool, Qualtrics, and app store reviews
  • Stay current with Product Management industry best practices.  




  • Minimum 5 years Product Management experience with preferably with enterprise software experience.
  • Proven track record building new software applications on-time with exceptional quality.  Should be able to share examples.
  • Construction of epics, stories or Product Requirements Document (PRD).  Should be able to share examples
  • Deep understanding of overall product lifecycle and Product Management artifacts
  • Ability to work with developers, QA, UX, Technical Support, Sales, and Consulting.  Strong team player.
  • Good understanding on the importance of UX and work equally well with designers and can prioritize and drive toward highly usable, well-designed solutions with clear UX standards.
  • Domain expertise [Must]:  Areas focusing on Procurement, e-commerce and marketplace and Excellent technical understanding of cloud computing technologies, mobile App development and cloud software lifecycles, as well as agile/scrum development. Previous experience in large scale cloud platform/s development - advantage. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent - mandatory.
  • Global: Readiness to travel abroad, ability to work closely with multiple locations, cultures, and time zones.
