PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Integration is becoming the number-one strategic priority for organizations in the digital age. The SAP Integration Suite is one of the key pillars of the Business Technology Platform and one of our strongest offerings having been named a Leader in the 2021 Magic Quadrant for iPaaS. 

The BTP Customer Success Team is seeking is seeking a Global GTM Solution leader who is passionate about the potential of the SAP Integration Suite. The GTM Solution Leader is a highly visible role within the Business Technology Platform Centre of Excellence team, leading the 360 degree view of this part of the SAP BTP portfolio and working with other cross-functional leaders to continuously improve our market performance.

 

 

What You'll Do

  • You are the Integration “Ambassador” within the BTP Customer Success Organization and the point of contact that our executives can rely on to understand and grow the business.
  • You support strategic customer engagements as required. These can be sales engagements and as a sponsor on go-live projects
  • You are able to maintain an up-to-date E2E view of Integration Suite including: Sales performance, pipeline situation and regional/global pipeline activities, solution development, solution feedback, top customer activities, top customer references, lighthouse accounts, field readiness, pricing, marketing, competitive situation and ecosystem plans
  • You are the Customer Success representative within the cross-functional (3-in-a-Box) team for Integration, working closely with colleagues in Marketing & Solutions and Development on the strategic plan and specific global actions
  • You build and maintain contacts across global and regional groups to deploy global strategy as quickly as possible at the customer
  • You maintain strong product knowledge of the SAP Integration Suite
  • You understand product roadmap and can provide credible feedback to the product teams on behalf of the field. You work with other Global COE members on the feedback process
  • You are tightly connected to the BTP GCOE leadership team and work with them on skills analysis, roadmap and customer activities
  • You act as an advisor to the enablement teams to ensure the field is effectively trained

 

What You Bring

  • Proven ability to support strategic deals and be viewed as a thought leader by customers
  • An excellent understanding of sales processes and an ability to operate as a strategic solution advisor to sales teams
  • Deep experience in Integration technologies (Cloud integration, API management, open connectors, event based updating, AI assisted integration etc).
  • Experience / understanding of the competitive environment. Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica and other integration technologies is an asset
  • Very strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including ability to rapidly gather data, structure hypotheses, and develop synthesized findings/recommendations
  • Strong team orientation and ability to thrive on virtual, international, cross-functional teams
  • Experience building and delivering Executive level presentations both internal and external
  • Senior Presales / Consulting / Product Management experience with Integration is an asset
