SAP SuccessFactors is the global provider of cloud-based human experience management (HXM) software. Our human experience management application suite integrates various tools to manage tasks related to talent management from recruitment to onboarding, payroll to learning to deliver business strategy alignment, team execution, and maximum people performance to organizations of all sizes across more than 60 industries.

Based in Paris, you will join the Product Management team in charge of maintaining and developing SAP products dedicated to talent recruitment. One of these top products being Recruiting Posting that enables recruiters to maximize the online coverage of their job ads. The Paris team is also in charge of developing innovative applications for the recruitment sector working notably on automation, machine learning or conversational technologies.


To offer the best possible experience to our users you will oversee multiple missions:

  • Work on the expansion of Recruiting Posting global partners network.
  • Improve and monitor the performance of the different technical integrations established with these different partners.
  • Take part in enhancing the Product and ensure that monthly and bi-annual releases process is running smoothly together with the Product Owners.
  • With this experience you will have to work closely with all internal and external SAP stakeholders (engineering team, sales, customer support, customers themselves, partners) in an international environment.


Student in a business or engineering school, or in a similar university track, you are looking for a 6 months internship. 
Autonomous, rigorous, you have good analytical and synthetical skills. You are proactive and can provide critical analysis when indeed. You have a proven interest in technical topics. Both your English and your French are excellent writing or speaking.
