The office of the Managing Director drives our sales strategy and our day-to-day business. We oversee how we engage with our customers to help them change their business models. WHAT WILL YOUR JOB LOOK LIKE?

Acting as a connection between your team and internal/external stakeholders, your role will blend various responsibilities such as being a:

Communication Specialist

  • Professional writing, editing and proofreading of internal articles and official email communication,
  • Development and implementation of communication activities as well as participation in diverse projects in the fields of advertising, branding and sponsorship,
  • Playing an active role in the design and content management of global marketing material, employee newsletter, corporate intranet, internal Wiki pages, employee community, etc.

Customer Briefing Expert

  • Write clearly and concisely bullet-point summaries following customer visits,
  • Schedule Follow-up emails and track customer responses,
  • Innovate communication with customers with new forms of communication (videos, etc).

Project Management Coordinator

  • Active support of planning and administrative tasks in the MD office,
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations,
  • Helping to keep the CRM database up to date.

Business Analyst

  • Providing regular reports and analyses using SAP systems and reporting tool,
  • Optimizing their content and delivery for internal needs,
  • Supporting internal customers with related queries both proactively and reactively.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are a Bachelor student of Business Administration (or comparable studies) and looking for an Internship starting asap.
  • Our common language is you guessed it – English! So this is where your good English skills come into play.
  • You speak French well (both written and oral).
  • You and Microsoft Office are good friends, so an Excel spreadsheet now and then is not going to scare you.
  • You like sharpening your analytical skills, seeing the bigger picture and connections between things.
  • You are a great communicator – you can express your ideas clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing.
  • You love to innovate and help customer and colleagues around you.
  • You enjoy being part of a team and bringing your strengths to move the team forward.
  • You pride on maintaining high standards at work and looking for ways to improve your work.
  • You like setting your own goals and are happy to work on your own when needed.
