ABOUT THE TEAM

SAP Customer Experience solutions help our customers to digitalize e-commerce, sales, service, and marketing processes quickly to deliver superior experiences.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The Customer Experience Trainee will ramp-up under guidance of the best-in-class SAP consultants, where solution implementation techniques and project methodologies are explored based on real life scenarios. For this, we are searching for candidates with the following skills:

  • Be enthusiastic about building customer relationships while helping then unlock the advantages of SAP products.
  • Proactive, flexible, result-driven, with a “can do” attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and be a team player.
  • Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to understand how functional requirements merge with technical and integration requirements to create integrated landscapes.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Relevant studies and projects that were run during the university years.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, open minded with customer focus.
  • Learning capacity and the will to acquire new skills.
  • Passionate problem solver, with ability to think outside the box to fins solutions to complex problems.
  • Fluent in English is a must (at business level) and in one of the following is a plus:

           Portuguese, Spanish, Italian or French

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

Work experience is not required but it will be a plus, internships, voluntary work, etc.
