The T&I Strategy & Operations Team combines the agility of a startup with the backbone of a global market leader and explores untapped opportunities in software engineering and business with the goal to develop game changing solutions. We foster strong teams and develop solutions jointly with customers and partners from business, academia, and the startup industry, applying Design Thinking and other novel approaches. By turning creative thinking into innovative solutions with market impact and following an end-to-end responsibility approach for our projects, we aim to deliver scalable solutions with a short time to market.


You are a well-structured person who is passionate about working on administrative tasks as well as organizing events and taking on interesting projects? If the answer is yes, we have the right job for you! In our young and growing team at the SAP Strategy & Operations Team you will have the opportunity to directly support the Executive Assistant to the COO of the Chief Technology Officer at SAP as well as the Team itself. Your specific tasks include:

  • Preparation, execution and follow up of strategic meetings or workshops and events with key internal stakeholders and customers in Berlin and Potsdam
  • Support monthly reporting for board member and CTO
  • Internal communication, e.g. preparation of presentations
  • Support process definition, rollout and monitoring
  • Support continuous process and quality improvements in collaboration with the local manager
  • Ad-hoc project management for a variety of ongoing projects


  • Currently enrolled as Student of a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Information Technology or related fields
  • Computer skills: Good Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Language skills: Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Highly flexible, able to work and thrive in rapidly changing environment, able to handle uncertainty and frequent changes
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and in an interdisciplinary team
  • Excellent executer gets the job done in a positive, reliable and encouraging manner
