PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 

The Global HR Data Management Team is part of the Global People Success Services Organization which is the primary channel for consumer facing HR Services to all SAP employees worldwide.

 

The Global HR Data Management Team is primarily located in Prague and consists of 11 teams. We deliver a broad range of services related to employee and organizational data management, data governance and service quality. We contribute to internal process design and various technical and data related projects.

 

Data Management Team APJ is one of 8 teams who look after data of 100k+ SAP employees globally throughout their entire employee journey. We ensure their data is safe, accurate and delivered on time.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Lead and develop the team of 14 members
  • Ensure stable operations according to defined processes and SLAs, compliance and data quality standards
  • Monitor development activities for your team members and provide regular feedback & coaching on their work towards their career aspirations
  • Establish the culture of career ownership, foster growth mindset and an atmosphere of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Empower the team for continuous improvement of the existing services and tools/ processes in full alignment with compliance requirements
  • Build and manage strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders
  • Be the single point of contact for team escalations and work with appropriate contacts to resolve the issue(s)
  • Manage the overall scope of DMT processes, tools, and projects and resource planning.

 

Project Activities Examples:

Guide, lead or participate:

  • In regional/global projects contributing to transformation of the Global Data Management Organization.
  • Process reviews and optimizations.
  • Implementation of new IT technology and its introduction for daily usage within the team.

 

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong business and people leadership skills.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in human resource administration in an international shared service environment.
  • Used to run services with a keen focus on consumer experience, productivity, efficiency, quality as well as KPI & SLA driven metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management expertise in combination with results orientation preferably in efficiency and consumer experience programs
  • Innovative mindset, function agnostic end-to-end thinking, can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English 
  • University Degree.
  • Data management, team management experience preferred.
