SAP’s Global Finance Shared Services organization (GFSS) is a business unit with 1,200+ employees delivering end-to-end finance operations from a set of vibrant and multicultural locations around the globe: Buenos Aires, Dublin, Manila, and Prague.
At GFSS, you will find exciting career opportunities, a diverse work environment providing opportunities to grow, many learning & development opportunities and an international business network you can learn and grow from.
As a member of O2I (Order to Invoice) Training and Adoption team you will provide support to SAP Training centers in the respective region and to SAP customers interested in trainings for SAP products. You will develop extensive knowledge of training management system and in billing of education services as well as you will closely collaborate and build a strong relationship with our internal and external customers.

Day-to-day tasks include

  • System administration of trainings for the whole portfolio of SAP products
  • Registration of customers to the trainings
  • 1st level support and complaint management via hotline and ticketing system
  • Issuing invoices/credit notes
  • Preparation of period close, monthly reporting

While having my morning cup of coffee, I review both my personal email inbox and the generic inbox of the country I support and log to hotline.
I respond to customer queries and book delegates to trainings based on the orders we received. When it comes, usually few times per day, I pick up a hotline call and provide information about prices, schedules or location of SAP courses to the caller. Lunch break is a good opportunity to go out with my colleagues and have a chat about everything. In the afternoon, I need to join a meeting with my teammates where we align on process improvements or we discuss adoption of new processes. I also spend some time working on a project or testing new system enhancements.
Towards the end of the day I ensure I did not miss any urgent booking or request from customers or from my colleagues in the SAP training center and check the daily task distribution for the next day.

  • No previous accounting or financial experience is required as full training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who deliver quality work and want to improve their skills and efficiency in SAP systems.
  • If you are customer-focused and are looking for a finance and customer support career in an international environment, then we want to hear from you.
  • Both English and French is needed for this role.
