TEAM INFO 

We started back in 2013 as a small group of people and now we are a team of 20 Service Consultants of 6 nationalities based in Prague and split into three main markets: DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), France, New Markets (Nordics, Italy, South Africa…) 

We also love gathering and spending time as a team either for a barbecue on our roof top terrace, by participating to the Spartan race, attending activities organized by our “Best Social Committee” or simply catching up around a few beers after work on Fridays! 

 

SUMMARY 

As a Service Consultant, you will be working in multinational team on a portfolio of more than 300 clients from all around the world, to whom you will be providing ongoing guidance and best practice advices. You can expect as well close cooperation with other SAP Concur Departments which will give you the possibility to see the processes from bigger perspective.  

 

ROLE 

  • You will maintain, configure and administer the SAP Concur site of the clients and provide best practice advice and guidance. 
  • You will work directly with administrators of clients that acquired Service Administration as an extra service on top of the standard support that SAP Concur is providing. 
  • You will closely cooperate with other teams within SAP Concur. 
  • On clients request you will organize operational calls to discuss changes in the configuration. 
  • You will ensure that clients stay informed of the new features available through the monthly release calls. 
  • You can participate on the project work.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Previous experience with client facing  
  • Affinity for software and technology 
  • Passionate in seeking for resolution  
  • Eager to work on personal development 
  • Nice to have: troubleshooting and/or system admin experience
