The Global Finance & Administration (GFA) board area transforms to an Agile organization that is equipped for today’s and tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities. The COO Agile Transformation team is responsible for two key components within GFA: driving the overall Agile Transformation within GFA and driving success through dedicated and empowered project teams (Swarms).  


The swarm team drives innovation and process digitization for best experience and efficiency across GFA, while ensuring that the organization is equipped to adapt to changing conditions. 

The Agile Transformation Core Team has a proven track record of tangible results, growth for individuals and nurturing agile culture. We are looking for an agile expert who helps us to bring the Agile Transformation to the next level, as we continue to accelerate the execution of the GFA transformation and the achievement of our strategic goals.  


We are looking for a sparring partner for the Head of Agile Transformation and the Transformation Core Team around all aspects of Agility. You will drive the conceptual development and execution on how to transform GFA into an Agile organization and how to best embed agile elements of culture, mindset and ways of working into our financial processes and functions. As Agile Coaching is one of the key elements to reach and transform the organization, we are looking for expertise and a proven track record in agile coaching. Your role, as well as the efforts around the agile transformation, are supported by our communities of practices. 



  • Develops agile concepts on how to best embed agility in finance functions in a tangible and practical manner.  

  • Acts as coach for leaders, teams and individuals around agile mindset, culture, and ways of working. 

  • Engages and mentors existing communities, networks and coaches ensuring regular exchange amongst the agile evangelists within GFA. 

  • Co-develops additional upskilling opportunities for agile practitioners 

  • Builds professional partnerships with networks in and outside of GFA with an agile focus  

  • Manages interdependencies of the agile transformation with other initiatives inside and outside GFA 

  • Conducts research, exchanges with customers, institutes, consulting firms etc. for a solid outside perspective and best practices 

  • Develops, deploys, and improves ways to measure the transformation progress and determine agile maturity levels throughout the organization based on internal & external best practices 

  • Helps identifying and resolving issues that can slow the pace of the transformation and keeps the focus on creating value 


Required skills 

  • Master in several agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and many agile practices  

  • Agile Coaching Certificate and proven record of coaching 

  • Excellent problem skills in combination with the ability to ‘think out of the box’ 

  • High level of flexibility and energy, proactive working attitude (self-starter) 

  • Open minded with a strong willingness to continuously learn and adapt 

  • Outstanding communication and networking skills, comfortable to work at all hierarchy levels across the organization 

  • Customer orientation with strong focus on impact, change and making a difference 

  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal 

  • Experience in driving team development on all levels   

  • Highly organized and structured way of working 


 Preferred skills 

  • Good understanding of Finance and transformation in Finance 

  • Experience in managing portfolio or operations 

  • Excellent knowledge of additional foreign languages 

  • Proven record of excellent performance 



  • 5+ years of professional experience in Agile environments, with Finance background being a distinct advantage 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management or transformations 

  • Experience in orchestrating activities across virtual teams informing effectively, while establishing robust networks 

  • Results oriented, proactive and anticipating issues with a strong problem resolution track record
