 Key Tasks

  • Attend briefing meetings as appropriate (business leaders/hiring managers) 
  • Source and develop candidate pipelines via the most up to date sourcing tools and techniques, based on strategic talent initiatives (hiring projects or critical skill pipeline, Talent Win),
  • Drive proactive multi-channel talent engagement using LinkedIn, CRM and other online/offline sources (User Groups, Networks, Conferences etc.) 
  • Identify best sources of talent: in terms of organizations and contribute to organization talent engagement strategy (e.g. Google, Facebook, AWS)
  • Uncover alternative sources of talent: organizations and individuals
  • Engage in career conversations: ascertain level of interest, preferences and awareness of SAP as potential employer
  • Drive continuous talent engagement: using brand content & personalized communication to continuously engage & nurture talent to SAP
  • Actively partner with TA on talent communities building in order to maintain solid conversion rates

 

Work Experience

  • 3 or above years’ experience in Talent Engagement & Attraction
  • Excellent candidate pipeline build expertise
  • General knowledge of HR systems and processes and their relation to the recruiting process is essential
  • Strong candidate experience management
