The Catalog Team manages the enablement of catalog content for Sellers on the Ariba Network and is responsible for the successful execution of the Buyer’s catalog enablement projects.
We are looking for college/university students or graduates for the working period from June 15th until the end of 2019 to support our team.


  • Preparing of catalogs with given tools
  • Manage communication with suppliers related to catalog enablement
  • Troubleshooting and analysis of errors in the catalogs
  • Reporting on status of enablement internally and externally
  • Usage of SAP Ariba applications and tools


  • Student (f/m) at a university or graduate
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good analytical thinking skills
  • Technical understanding and capabilities
  • Microsoft Office knowledge

Prior work experience helpful but not mandatory
