Role description
This is an independent role with wide scope of operational responsibilities and project oriented involvement. The purpose of this role is to coordinate payroll operations and participate on migration of payroll related activities into Shared Services Center, Prague.
This role acts in accordance with policies and legal regulations described in defined documents and applied locally as well as globally.
 
Expectations and tasks
• Act as a single point of contact for interface between SAP, single global payroll vendor and internal customer inquiries
• Ensure information flow with all departments and functions in SAP, which are involved in the transactions
• Consolidate defined payroll data and provide to payroll vendor / receive reports from payroll vendor and distribute to stakeholders
• Make sure all processes are in compliance with defined payroll controls and documentation procedures
• Update process handbooks and checklists in accordance with process changes and other changes
• Testing, reconciliation/validation of test results
• Regularly reviews operational tasks, assumptions and recommendations
• Monitors quality standards for payroll operations for countries with outsourced payroll
• Cooperates on migration delivery and documentation
• Support new process implementation and participate on standardisation activities
• Cooperates and supports new countries migration delivery and documentation
• Participate on Global Payroll projects

 

Education and qualifications / skills and competencies
• Successful completed university level  (Bachelor or Master Degree)
• Accuracy / attention to detail
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Quality driven, analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• SAP system knowledge and HR application knowledge desirable
• Fluent in English
• Other language skills preferred (German, Russian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian etc.)

 

Work experience
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in HR administration (payroll processing knowledge advantage)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of virtual cooperation with team members and stakeholders
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on process migration activities
• Experience working within a service orientated environment
