What you’ll do:  

Position Title: SAP iXp Concur Intern -  Service Consultant (English plus GE or FR or Spanish)
Location: Prague
Expected start date to end date: February 2020 - July 2020 (6 months contract with possibility to be prolonged)

About the team:

We are a new team that is made up of 11 different nationalities, with different cultural and professional backgrounds(philosophy, carpenter, sales, students, law, literature.) On a monthly basis, we have team breakfasts where we all take turns in providing and sharing delicacies from our countries. We also like spending time together in team building, bbq on our office roof terrace and having lunches or dinner together to celebrate our previous year's target.

What we do:

We are working directly with existing clients, implementing new services and performing configuration changes. We mainly work in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Markets.

How you will do it:

• You will be seen as a direct point of contact for our clients
• You will work on Configuring the back end of the clients Concur system
• You will work on Implementation tasks carried out upon the client’s request
• You will work on Cases and Projects (4 hours to 6 months) with the client as a consultant
• You will coordinate closely with internal colleagues from other teams as needed

• Providing different pieces of training for a period of up to 2 months, including specific configuration training. 
• Giving you the opportunity to learn from the most experienced team members.

• We will also encourage you to bring your improvement ideas on the processes and involve you in different internal initiatives according to your own professional and personal development goals.

What it takes:

• pursuing Bc. or Ms. Degree with a strong interest in building a career within IT business
• Eligibility to work part-time in Czech Republic (EU citizen, CZ citizen, work permit holder, V23 or V24 holder)
• fluent in English plus one of the following European languages: French, Germany, Spanish, Italian
• confident, articulate and professional speaking abilities 
• display strong analytical qualities
• ability to manage own time and work independently
