About the team


Our team, Recruiting Operations DACH is responsible for a smooth end-to-end hiring process by providing relevant services as well as for administrative support of the recruiting activities within German speaking countries (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Excellence in providing high-quality service to both internal and external clients as well as an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction are the main goals of Global Recruiting Operations.



What you’ll do:


Position title: SAP iXp HR Intern – Recruiting Operations DACH with German
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Expected start date to end date:  March 2021 (6-month contract)


For our passionate Recruiting Operations DACH team, we are looking for a highly motivated self-starter (f/m/d) who is confident in working in a virtual environment to join us in March for a 6-month internship based in Prague. During your internship, you will be supporting our DACH recruiters with all activities along the hiring cycle to ensure a smooth end-to-end recruiting process and will therefore be closely collaborating with other HR teams (e.g. Data Management, Local HR, HR BPs). 


In this role, you’ll:


  • Maintain and publish job postings using both internal and external sourcing channels

  • Screen and pre-select potential candidates

  • Consult and proactively communicate with hiring managers, their teams, and candidates regarding inquiries related to the recruiting process

  • Prepare posting waivers and Works Council hearings

  • Take part in on-going HR Recruiting Operations projects working closely with colleagues across the globe

  • Gain knowledge in the non-head count hiring process

Who you are:


We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.


  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, HR or (Business) Psychology

  • Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

  • Profound language skills in German and English – both written and spoken

  • Team player with an independent working style who is confident in working in a virtual team and who can work on multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication and strong organizational skills

  • Preferably previous experience in HR / Recruiting (e.g. through internships/working student positions)


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe your experience and skills as well in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
