What you'll do 

The Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise) Ireland is an organization that focuses on delivering desired outcomes and experiences for our customers globally through premium advisory, support, and services. The delivery of quality services serves as a catalyst for the software adoption that allows our customers to accelerate their digital transformation journeys in becoming intelligent enterprises.

A journey that is powered by SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Solutions. Our Business Processes Consultants contribute with technical and functional expertise to deliver a portfolio of services that drive value creation through a combination of best practices, tools, knowledge, and experience to catalyse rapid time-to-value and accelerate the customers’ transition to the cloud. Provide onsite and remote Process Consultancy via project engineering, assessment, and safeguarding services from SAP's best practice solutions. Develop the expertise of a CoE Business Processes Consultant with SAP’s products and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, Data Management, Analytics, Security, Hybrid Cloud, Intelligent Technologies, IBP, Finance (FICO).

The goal is to enable our customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO (total cost of ownership) and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation. The CoE work directly with the world’s largest customers in the most exciting industries. Get involved! What you’ll bring

• Have in-depth expertise with Business Objects (BOBJ) or BPC, BW-IP, CDS Views in the context of Analytics.
• BOBJ – Lumira, WEBI, Universes, CMC, BI Launchpad, Analysis for Office
• BPC – SAC Hybrid Planning/integration  
• SAC Planning
• BW/DWC is good to have.
• ABAP Debugging skills.
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning processes.
• Should be able to develop proofs-of-concepts and prototypes.
• Ability to drive Workshops with customer FP&A Business teams.
• Understand the SAP Analytics roadmap, options and capabilities.
• Understand the SAP Value Assurance packages for SAP’s Analytics Portfolio.
• Taking ownership in covering the front office requests and engage the conversations with customer to scope the service requests and respective proposals.
• Works on large, complex activities, using demonstrated creativity and expertise and applying specialist professional knowledge to deliver high quality results / technical solutions around Analytics space.
• Works independently on topics (scoping, service deliveries, cross regional collaboration, any initiatives), while setting priorities, having sole responsibility.
• Builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners.
• Support onboarding and empower the team, accelerate potential customer deliveries.
• Leads de-escalation activities onsite at critical customers.
• Should have excellent trouble shooting expertise and would be comfortable executing performance optimisation analysis.
• Should be adept with reviewing Business Blueprints and Design Documentation to provide constructive suggestions in the SAP Planning topics based on SAP Best Practices.
• Should have excellent customer handling skills – Oral and written communication, organization and planning, client facing and interpersonal
• Should be self-driven but have a strong team focus.

Our multi-cultural team consists of 22 member who are multi-skill across out Analytics Portfolio. Within the team there is a strong culture of sharing and helping – we succeed or fail together as a team.
