Job Description –


  • Design, plan and execute an employee experience and wellbeing strategy based on company values, culture and goals.
  • Leading cross-organization events and activities, from planning to execution, such as company celebrations, welfare and wellness activities, team building events, holiday celebrations, etc.
  • Managing and controlling the company’s welfare budget, while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met and working with a variety of suppliers to a high-level of execution.
  • Project lead for the new Flexible Benefits strategy, including implementation of a dedicated platform for a unique employee experience.
  • Managing employee experience and welfare communications, supported by the local communication team.
  • End to end management of vendors – scoping of relevant vendors, negotiations, closing contracts, issuing purchase orders, etc.
  • Connecting to the local market, collecting data and info on meaningful aspects and sharing inputs with the management to be aligned or change guidelines according to local practice.
  • Work in full collaboration with the Israeli Works Council, cross-organizational functions and stakeholders to manage employee experience.


Job Requirements -

  • BA/MA in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of previous experience in HR roles – mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience of leading employee experience and welfare roles – mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with producing activities and events – mandatory.
  • Proficiency in designing yearly welfare plans, creating and leading presentation and budgets planning – mandatory.
  • Creative thinking, ability to address small details but see the big picture, service-oriented, independent, able to work with multiple interfaces, high execution skills, high
  • energy and passion for producing a strong & positive company spirit.
  • Experience working in the hi-tech industry.
  • Creative, proactive, multitasker, with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience in managing priorities in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.
  • Skilled project manager, with the ability to plan, coordinate and execute.
  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Full control of Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Microsoft 365.
