   General Description

SAP's Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) organization in the Board area Finance & Administration consolidates the policies, processes, communication, reporting, and organizational structures of all GRF-related activities.  The GRF mandate includes Real Estate, Facilities and Local General Affairs.

Local organizations (GRF, Sub-region South Europe) working in Facilities and General Affairs report directly into the regional GRF organization.

GRF, Head of Sub-region SE collaborates closely with the local management team, CFO, other senior management and EMEA GRF team.

Job Description

  • Support GRF team in Israel & South Europe to meet the goals of the organization and customer base.
  • Assisting with all on going aspects related to facility operations, like: Quotations & Purchase Orders related GRF vendors, define scope of work, negotiation and Orders management.
  • Coordinating between Corporate functions resolving day-to-day administrative and operational challenges.
  • Internal ad-hoc projects relating to the GRF responsibilities.
  • Generate, track and present reports related to facility service, like: facility direct (Ticketing system).
  • “Building appearance” - support the GRF team with keeping high standard of working environment
  • Space management – keeping the space management system updated, headcount and utilization, supporting & coordinating internal moves.
  • Furniture management – managing the furniture inventory, new furniture orders & standards.
  • Policy -Update and maintain GRF procedures and policies within SAP Portal
  • Sustainability - Lead local GRF sustainability efforts, ISO 5281, energy saving.
  • Communication and PR – sharing success stories, GRF communication within in internal newspaper.
  • Internal project relating GRF services, like: Meeting rooms, asset management
  •  Support GRF team - General GRF ad hoc tasks &projects based on business needs.
  •  Support service center activities.

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of functional experience relevant to Real Estate and/or Facility and/or Operation and/or administrative experience.
  • Hi -Tech company experience is a benefit
  • Bachelor's degree -must
  • Good English (Oral & Written)
