The Program Support Specialist is empowered, and responsible, to provide program support, assistance, and advisory for service, reporting to the head of the Cloud Control Center (C3) and the leadership team in the planning, project and coordination.  Responsibilities include Media/Presentation development and preparation, project work, deliverable coordination, and scheduling, and capture of relevant information.   Engagement points will be both internal and external to the C3 team, where you will represent our team. In addition, you will significantly support strategic initiatives execution supporting the Cloud Control Center
leadership.

 

This position requires a motivated, aware, and self-starting individual, who actively looks for ways to contribute. It will give you vast exposure to the business, process, and technology of SAP.   You will be an influencer who is part of a globally diverse team, which spans multiple nations and cultures, and you will be expected to adapt and manage accordingly.

How You Might Contribute

  • Support of strategic C3 initiatives
  • Maintain top-level C3 process knowledge, awareness, and obligations
  • Management team support
  • Drive small to medium project activities  
  • Preparation of presentations, materials, media, management documents and conference/meeting information.
  • Preparation of meetings with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Liase between the management team and other parties  
  • Direct support to the Head of the Cloud Control Center (C3)

 

A Successful Candidate Should

  • University degree in a related field
  • Strong multimedia skills (presentation, video, written)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
  • Pro-active driver, team player, results-oriented, with can-do-attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships in virtual communities
  • Work location would be Reston, VA, local candidates preferred
