Our focus on customers and to help them run at their best has given us the opportunity to grow.  We are currently looking for a Senior Presales Specialist to join our team in Baltics within the area of SAP Finance. 

For this role we are looking for someone with a solid foundation in SAP Finance experience as well as experience across the oCFO offerings ideally with SAP S/4HANA. The role will cover not just core S/4HANA Finance and oCFO solutions. The role has a focus on driving adoption of the Intelligent Enterprise by engaging existing and prospective customers by showing empathy and creating a memorable experience across our end to end engagement with the outcome of a customer for life. As a senior presales advisor it is expected you will be orchestrating presales engagements and leading a team of solution specialist from the global SAP organization. 

The Primary role of the Presales Senior Specialist during an active sales cycle is to gain acceptance from the customer that SAP solutions can solve the customer’s problem and is the right choice over the other competitive offerings. In addition to deal support, a Presales Senior Specialist collaborates with sales and industry value teams to plan and execute on business development strategies.

In addition, the Presales Senior Specialist for Finance role will be the main local Baltic contact person for all localization related activities. You will work with local Baltic partners as well as the SAP globalization organization to implement functionality which is specific for the Baltic countries. The main role for this task is to orchestrate and administer the localization process and involved parties.

Who are you?
•    You have experience in composing and delivering superior sales presentations covering SAP solutions to prospective customer audiences, include senior company executives.
•    You possess excellent skills in making the customer presentations simple, appealing and compelling, based on discovery sessions to meet our customers unique needs.
•    You have the ability to lead a team as a Solution Captain when deals require complex solutions and multiple presales participate to support.
•    Fluency in at least one Baltic language as well as English, any other language an asset.
•    Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA to maintain credibility with prospective customers.

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies 
•    Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
•    Ability to work in international and virtual teams
•    Experience in sales and presales processes
•    +5 years of solution specialist or consulting experience within SAP ERP. 
•    Ability and willingness to travel
