This is a very strategic position to lead SAPs Midmarket business across Saudi. This will involve building the strategy, set the guidelines and manage the operation sales of the Midmarket team. An important expectation of this role is re engineering the execution of the various engines related to Midmarket and orchestrating among the wider local and regional team for the best scalability. 

 

The ideal candidate should have minimum of 13+ years of Software/ERP/Technology sales experience with at least 5+ years management and an understanding of running the General Business/MidMarkets Segment.

Ability to scale and work with a matrix organization is an important feature. 

Strong track record of Sales Leadership and People Management.

Fluency in English and Arabic national language.
