Purpose and Objective:

SAP ME North seeks a Business Processes Consultant for our Pakistan location and various client sites nationwide to provide application and process specific expert consulting for one or several specific application areas and/or process areas: creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blueprint, present SAP best practices, performing Fit Gap analysis creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support.

 Expectations and Tasks:

Support escalated projects. Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews. Support pre-sales activities, including license and consulting. Identify and apply Integrated Service Delivery options. Serve as a (sub) project team lead when necessary. Serve as team lead and support respective line manager(s) in people development tasks when needed. Provide detailed planning of process implementation. Define detailed blueprints for development requirements. Perform industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP, OnPremise and cloud-based). Develop and assure quality of process models. Demonstrate expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools. Drive deployment of SAP Model Companies for specific area of business. 100% travel required to various client sites nationwide.

 Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:  

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field of study and 6 years of experience required. Will accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.

 Work Experience:  

Experience must involve the following: design/architecture of new solutions and identifying gaps in existing Customer landscape; writing design specifications, programming specifications, and documentation; gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements and translating these into technical specifications for robust, scalable, supportable solutions that work within an overall system architecture; managing multiple tasks; working in a team environment; addressing project and customer needs; providing assistance for team members in the development and implementation of business solutions; contributing to and leading development efforts for a project; troubleshooting Customer Projects and analyzing performance issues; HTML; JavaScript; Web Development Tools; XML; Xpath; XSLT; writing complex SQL Queries for both MS SQL and Oracle databases; various ECC Modules including PP, PM, QM and MM; SAP UDS/Plant Connectivity; PI; ABAP; SAP ALE and IDOCS; RFC; Web Services; Integrating ECC and Non-SAP Systems;;; Manufacturing industry experience in both discrete and process industries; and shop floor control systems.
