Purpose & Objective of Position

 

The Premium Hub - Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP ASC provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end advisory and support to our Premium Engagement customers. We guide our customers throughout the entire lifecycle to make the benefits of digital transformation a reality, end to end.

Expectations & Tasks

 

As SAP Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) Consultant for Order to Cash Area, you will analyze End to End process of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks:

  • Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
  • Analyze business processes including root cause analysis, to achieve this you need perform customer interviews to obtain relevant information in order to provide valuable recommendations to mitigate risks that you identified, so customer face soft skills are required.
  • Safeguard and Optimize Order to Cash processes and their integration with other modules in SAP S/4HANA / ECC.

Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in SD Module with strong knowledge in Sales Order Management, Variant Configuration, Pricing and Conditions, Advanced ATP, Billing Process, Condition Contract and Settlement Management.
  • 4-6 full implementations covering all phases in SAP Activate Methodology.
  • Strong knowledge in S/4HANA Order to Cash Capabilities.
  • Strong background for inbound / outbound / reporting: electronic invoice (NFe), freight document (CT-e), transport document
  • Knowledge on tax procedure TAXBRA in S/4HANA, tax codes setup and main configuration for SD processes. Migration knowledge for TAXBRJ to TAXBRA
  • Knowledge about TDF functionality related with S/4HANA SD Module

 

  • Knowledge in functional integration and cross solution issues between ERP modules
  • ABAP code optimization or other technical background like SAP Integration Technologies: SAP ALE/IDocs/RFC/Web Services/REST/oData, is highly desired
  • Ready to travel for short term assignments
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and open-mind person with a “Can Do” aptitude
  • Able to work under pressure

 

Education

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.

 

Location

SAP Brazil, Sao Leopoldo

 

Expected Travel

Approximately 30%

 

Language Skills

  • English language: mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region including US and Canada
  • Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
  • Portuguese – highly desirable

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
