POSITION SUMMARY

Our Cloud Product Support organization is looking for an intern to join the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Application team for customers globally.

In the team you will have the opportunity to learn a vast range of CRM business processes. Are you up for the challenge?

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • You will help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors
  • You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation, or verifying customized entries or hardware parameters
  • You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums
  • You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings
  • When needed, you will report errors to development teams

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • You must be an undergraduate student in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)
  • English: Advanced level is required (oral and written). You will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, system and phone.
  • Ability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis
  • Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of CRM business scenarios
  • Spanish skills

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • No previous experience required. You will have a mentor to train you.
