About the team:

SAP Latin America & the Caribbean (SAP LAC) Diversity & Inclusion team’s main objective is to foster an inclusive culture that empowers people to run at their best in order to thrive as an intelligent enterprise.

To this end, we work closely with our lines of business, HR Business Partners, Employee Network Groups (ENGs), Talent Acquisition, Communication and Marketing teams, Global Diversity & Inclusion Office, among many others.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Diversity & Inclusion Team

Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil

In this role, you’ll:

  • Participate in the tasks of a modern and innovative Diversity & Inclusion organization while having an opportunity to contribute actively to the execution of D&I at SAP Latin America & the Caribbean of 15+ offices from the region.
  • Communicate daily in English through writing and calls with colleagues from other countries in the LAC region and worldwide.
  • Designing and delivering D&I projects across multiple audiences, locations and functions with deliverables and timelines as determined by D&I leadership
  • Collaborating with Employee Network Groups (e.g. Business Women's Network, Pride@SAP, DAP@SAP, Ethnicities@SAP, Generations@SAP, Autism at Work, etc.)
  • Supporting the application of external recognition awards for Diversity & Inclusion
  • Effectively represent SAP’s diversity and inclusion internally and externally

 

Who you are:

 

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • University student enrolled to one of the following courses: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing & Advertising, Social Sciences or Public Relations (from 3rd semester on and graduating after July/2020).
  • Advanced English skills (written & spoken) are a requirement. Speaking both Spanish and Portuguese skills is a plus.
  • Deep passion for Diversity & Inclusion topics (such as Gender, LGBT, Ethnic Minorities, Race, Differently Abled People, Generations, Autism, Intersectionality, etc.). Previous involvement in D&I-related projects is a plus.
  • Good skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members, managers and general audience.
  • Strong orientation to service, customer and quality focus.
  • Creativity, proactiveness to learn and solve complex challenges.
