About the team:

Our Product Support Customer Experience Portfolio is looking for an intern to join the Configure Price Quote(CPQ) tram and work with Cloud Platforms, REST/SOAP APIs, SQLServer, Integration with C4C,CPI, Variable Configurator etc. You will have the opportunity to learn a vast range of technical topics and work with customers globally.

What you’ll do:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Product Support

Location: São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil


In this role, you’ll:

  • You will help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors
  • You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation, or verifying customized entries or hardware parameters
  • You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums
  • You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings
  • When needed, you will report errors to development teams 

Who you are:

  • You must be an undergraduate student in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)
  • English: Advanced level is required (oral and written). You will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, system and phone.
  • Ability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Interfaces and APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Knowledge of Quoting applications
  • Knowledge of Python or any scripting language
