About the team:


Our Product Support organization is looking for an intern to join the SAP SuccessFactors team who is driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding Support Experience. The primary responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage of SAP SuccessFactors Product, specialized in Recruiting Management or Onboarding modules.



What you’ll do:


Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Cloud Support SuccessFactors | Recruiting & Onboarding

Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil


In this role, you’ll:


Analyze and resolve reported incidents by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying product configuration

Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents

Create knowledge documentation and share knowledge, moderate forums, etc.

Participate in global projects around support processes and quality assurance

Report errors to Development

Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries

Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring


Who you are:


We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good presentation skills

  • Undergraduate students in IT/Computer Science, Business or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)
  • Proficiency with PCs and desktop software
  • Knowledge with Business Processes would be a benefit
  • Problem solving/analytical skills
  • Systematical, communicative and creative focus
  • Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment
  • Advanced English, Spanish is an advantage
  • Previous experience with customer support and/or ticketing tool is an advantage
