DESCRIPTION:

Concierge Marketing is a core factor in the SAP campaigns management supply chain with a mandate in the region (LAC) to support SAP volume and value campaigns end-to-end. We are responsible for digital campaign support for local marketing units and Partners.

The BR Concierge Intern will report to the SS+BR Concierge Marketing LAC. He/she will be partially accountable for the performance of the team results in the region, with focus on process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify process improvements to constantly optimize the operation.
  • Analyze working methods and identify areas for improvement to optimize results.
  • Understand and analyze reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University student in business administration, marketing, production engineer, economics, and others related.
  • Critical to possess a highly analytical mind. A strong, results-oriented performer, proactive, committed, with skills for teamwork and persuasive.
  • Dedication to service, warmth, friendliness, flexibility and dynamism are prerequisites for the position.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Being adaptable to changes, organized and committed to deadlines.
