About the team:

 

The Mac CoE’s purpose is to help the world run Macs better and improve SAP’s Mac user’s lives.
We are responsible for one of the top Apple at Work programs globally: https://www.apple.com/business/success-stories/tech/sap/ and currently have over 35.000 Mac devices within SAP.

 

In the position as an intern / working student you help us tell the story of Mac@SAP by supporting all areas of our service in end-user facing communication, marketing activities and provide support to our employees that have chosen a Mac via our internal community, ticket support and self-help documentation.


What you’ll do:


Position title:  SAP IES iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Mac CoE – Apple Mac Device Support
Work Area: Information Technology
Location: WDF (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: July 1st, 2023

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

 

  • Creating and updating of end-user documentation
  • Support in storytelling and internal online community activities  around Mac@SAP
  • Remote support for all Apple Mac topics in our 14,000-strong Apple Mac community
  • Remote support for all Apple Mac topics through our ticketing system Service Now
  • Troubleshooting of Apple devices
     

Who you are:
 

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Student (m/f/d) at a university or college
  • Enormous enthusiasm for Apple products
  • Preferred field of study: Computer Science, Marketing, or similar
  • Computer skills: Apple devices, Mac, iPhone, iPad, macOS, iOS, iPadOS
  • Languages: German and English fluent in speaking and writing
  • Soft skills: Customer-oriented, empathy for end users, analytical skills, detail-oriented, working with a virtual international team
  • Experience in creating or editing graphics is an advantage

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

 

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
