ROLE DESCRIPTION
The trainee will work in the Customer Value Organization (CVO) area, responding to the LAC South Regional VP, in the role of supporting activities related to the life cycle management of the customers who use the ARIBA solution. Activities such managing reporting, KPI management, will be executed on a day-to-day basis.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Registration and follow-up of the life cycle of clients / projects;
  • Weekly follow-up of problems of support / closure of problems / risks
  • Monthly evaluation of indicators of adoption and progress of projects
  • Internal Executive Summary
  • Direct assistance to project representatives (Clients)
  • Support to the activities of Customer Engagement Executives, Clients in project management (lectures, workshops, meetings)
  • Preparation of global and regional executive reports.
  • Invoicing management process support

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Finished Internship
  • Maximum 1 year of professional experience

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Recent University Graduate of;
  • Project Management, Engineering, Administration, or courses related to Information Technology in general
  • English desirable
