Global Job – Summary

 

The “Accelerate Winning in HR” (AWiHR) program officially launched in February of 2015, and has been developed in close partnership with the HR LoB organization and the HCM sales organization.  AWiHR  is a global program focused on three things :

  • Accelerating the close of HCM deals by sharing the SAP Runs SAP HCM transformation story and providing HR thought leadership across the global HCM community internally and externally.
  • Supporting Field Sales success  by expanding their HR domain knowledge.
  • Deeping HCM customer relationships by connecting peer to peer with HCM prospects and customers. 

 

We achieve these things by utilizing a community of SAP HR practitioners who engage with customers and share our SAP Runs SAP HR story.

The Regional Enablement Lead – APJ and GC   role is critical to the next phase of Accelerate Winning in HR program success.  The Regional Enablement Lead will execute the global AWiHR program design and processes within the APJ and GC region(s) with the objective of further embedding and driving sales and marketing utilization. This role will be expected to provide a seamless experience for the following key customers: Sales, Pre-Sales Marketing, Partners, and HR Experts.  This is a hands on role which requires working directly with stakeholders across the company, it requires strategic and influencing skills that translate deliverables produced and tangible results.    

 

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Drive the Accelerate Winning in HR strategy and agenda to enable HR professionals inside SAP to effectively partner with HCM Sales Executives on active HCM engagements in APJ and GC region.
  • Effectively communicate the “SAP Story”, the transformation of SAP’s HR organization from an on premise to cloud solution, to customers, partners, employees, and external people.
  • Develop strong positive relationships with key stakeholders in both HR and Sales to assure a strong connection to enable the acceleration of HR solutions in HCM opportunities.
  • Work with the Program Coordinator in the HR Expert assignment process, ensuring HR engagement requests are well matched with HR Expert capability and availability across the APJ and GC region..
  • Execute against AWiHR integrated marketing plan to ensure AWiHR customers are aware of offerings, how to leverage the team, and success of the program.
  • Focus on the AWiHR customer experience as a key priority, customer satisfaction is crucial to program success.  Ensure customer success and a great customer experience in all that you do.
  • Measure and report against around key program deliverables on a quarterly  basis and adhoc as needed, monitoring key performance measures in partnership with Global program Lead.
  • Create quality communication and preesntations for HR, management and employees.
  • Create high impact customer facing collateral and key offering presentations for use by the HR Expert network
  • Handle ongoing requests for information that are received from AWiHR customers in a timely and professional manner, partnering with the AWiHR customer until their request is solved.
  • Proven ability to present in large and small venues to internal and external stakeholders on HCM topics. Must be able to present in a persuasive and compelling manner.
  • Define and orchestrate on key deliverables and monitoring key performance measures
  • Craft high quality program communications, program reporting summaries and,  program presentations for HR, management and employees as needed.
  • Be a strategic partner and change agent to the key stakeholders

Key Tasks and Requirements

  • Deliver and execute the AWiHR global program design and processes, and marketing plans, across regional locations with varied cultures.
  • Host and run regular meetings with individual functional areas and key stakeholders on projects internal and external to SAP.
  • Support Customer Alignment calls as needed to ensure all parties are clear on engagement specifics, expectations and next steps.
  • Define, track and act on HR KPIs and success factors
  • Provide support, enablement and training to HRBP’s, in alignment with global AWiHR training approach.
  • Have a “do’er mindset”, this requires rolling up the sleeves and doing the work side by side with the team.
  • Proactively notify of all deliverables and follow up on action items
  • Must be able to react quickly to demands from field based stakeholders and customers in competitive win situations where accuracy and urgency is essential Lead program initiatives as required
  • Ability to think ahead and logistically map out future steps and possible ramifications with back up plans
  • Proactive and co-operative nature with a positive approach to overcoming and solving problems
  • Ability to lead a transformation, even in highly complex structures and environments.
  • Prior experience working closely with field sales l, customers, partners and other key stakeholders essential.
  • Knowledge of our HCM product and solution portfolio is essential.
  • Skills to manage multiple stakeholders and influence demanding and senior level stakeholders
  • Ability to be forceful yet diplomatic.
  • Rigor and resilience in managing change programs
  • Detail oriented and ability to juggle multiple projects / programs successfully
  • Ability to drive multiple projects effectively through delegation and influence
  • Strong analytical skills to focus on highest possible return while making sure it is still achievable
  • Able to work in a virtual and international environment
  • Flexible and work with ambiguity – if you need everything spelled out in a perfect detailed package, not going to be a good fit
  • Experience & Educational Requirements

    • 3 -6 years’ experience in similar area/position – with fast paced environment
    • Knowledge of SAP systems and ability to present data in a meaningful way for senior leaders
    • Good communication skills (ability to interact with employees of all levels)
    • Excellent fit with the SAP working environment
    • Willingness to work overtime at times, and with high flexibility

     

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Graduate degree is a plus
