About the team

As an intern of SAP Tech Talent Attraction China team, you will join a strong and dedicated team specialized in Technology profile hiring. 

 

You will be treated as an individual contributor TOGETHER with the team to contribute to SAP Labs China's business hiring success with strong execution towards corporate strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Attending briefing meetings with experienced recruiter as appropriate for an agreed recruiting plan that includes understanding of the position requirements, and set up timeline to deliver the recruiting search
  • Support sourcing and developing of candidate pipelines via the most up to date sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively and transparently with all candidates through the hiring process.
  • Help to drive continuous talent engagement by leveraging in-fashion branding approaches. 
  • Provide consistent and timely updates on recruiting status.

 

If you want to become a HR specialized in recruitment for Tech profiles or to develop yourself with a broader HR peer function knowledge, this is a treasury opportunity you must grasp! You'll be mentored by proficient TA experts with an excellent internship experience. 

 

Who you are:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Students in university with either Bachelor or Master or Doctor degree, with an availability of at least 3 working days per week, no major limitation; 
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, if you have other languages expertise (e.g., Korean, Japanese, Germany), it will be a privilege; 
  • Great teamwork spirit with strong collaboration and coordination skills; 
  • You are a result-driven and quality-focused person; 
  • You have intercultural sensitivity and an open mind for change agility; 
  • Grasp Microsoft Office tools like excel/PPT is a must, with other technology tools exposure (e.g., Photoshop, Python, PowerBI, SPSS, etc.) would be an advantage.
