SAP SuccessFactors is accelerating its cloud native transition. In order to ensure our organization transform in the right direction, we are looking for a seasoned Agile Coach to join our global team of Agile Coaches.

Expectations and Tasks – Deliverables

  • Deliver agile development training  and scrum training courses in the company
  • Bring modern agile development mindset and practices into Scrum Teams and improved the current development process
  • Coach individual scrum team in agile development practices based on their current team state, create individual improvement plan and help to build more productive, full functional scrum team
  • Scale agile development practices within the company
  • Build up internal agile community and culture of sharing
  • In long run help the company to succeed in continuous delivery, maximizing the business value, innovation efficiency and built-in quality

Required Skills and Experience

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related domains
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software design, development and engineering, working in large scale engineering team is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with one of following: agile development coaching or agile program management, certified scrum master, PO or equivalent
  • Expert knowledge in one of agile development practices: Scrum, KanBan, Design Thinking, Lean Startup etc
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese
  • Excellent coordination and problem solving techniques
  • Good planning and execution capability
  • Strong interest in working with people and ideally experience with training and coaching and motivating people, influence without authority
  • Make (explain) complex things simple
  • Experience with scaled agile development process is a plus, e.g. SAFe, LeSS
  • Familiar with Extreme Programing, Cloud Native Development, understanding of microservices, CI/CD and DevOps is a plus
