We’re looking for a talented, energetic, and highly motivated Marketing Analytics & Operations colleague to join our team and support our regional field marketing stakeholders. This is an ideal job for young professionals with a passion for data, analysis, marketing, innovation, and technology.

 

In the heart of our marketing operation model, this role requires an exploratory mindset with the ability to use analytical tools to interrogate data to mine for insights that help the business improve outcomes.

Strong communications skills that support concise communication of insights to our field marketing stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

 

Insights and reporting cadence:

Regularly communicate sales and marketing performance and insights to our Field Marketing stakeholders.

Run deep-dive analyses to help answer specific business questions; provide strategic recommendations based on data trends to optimize marketing leaders’ decisions making.

Translate dashboards into insights and concrete action points.

Deliver a regular cadence of standardized performance and insights that are simple to consume and action by the business area supported.

 

Automation and scale

Automate repetitive requests from your business area and focus on delivering value through your performance insights. Understand and collect performance business requirements and drive standardization of reporting and dashboards with Performance Management and Insights team. Gather Stakeholders' requirements and develop standard templates to report on business performance. Work with our development teams to build ongoing reporting and analytics tools leveraging SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and more.

Scale performance and insights best practices across other key business areas and the Expert Services team.

Data Consultancy: support and influence the development of methodologies and data definition and their roll out throughout the marketing organization.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science and or Marketing Management
  • Advanced Analytical skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office experience, with an emphasis on Excel and power point required 
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Expert attention to detail, objective problem-solving attitude, and a hunger to learn
  • Ability to turn reporting assets into insights and find, communicate actionable insights driven.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Chinese Mandarin is preferable but not a requirement.
  • Project Management Skills
  • Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and service orientation; team player.
  • Comfortable managing multiple cross-matrix projects simultaneously
  • Desire to learn multiple tools and solutions
