The Global Executive Recruiting team is responsible for recruiting the best talent for openings at SAP at VP (T5) levels and above across every board area and in every geography. We are looking for an intern to support the Executive Recruiters in APJ/GC.

Duration: 6 months



  • Support the team in maintaining / updating open requisitions
  • Support the team in all E-Recruiting (Applicant Tracking System) tasks i.e. SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support the team with weekly/ biweekly / monthly / ad-hoc reporting                                                                                                           
  • Support the team in scheduling interviews and meetings especially via Video-Conference, Telepresence, Face-to-Face, Phone and Skype                                   
  • Support the team in preparing contracts
  • Support the team in creating presentations                                                                                                                      
  • Support the team in sourcing / mapping activities and projects
  • Participate in ad-hoc global initiatives and HR programmes. 
  • Understand the Recruiting Service Delivery Model, and Method, People, Process & Technology



  • Student of a polytechnic / university.  This is not available to students outside Singapore.
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.  Fluency in spoken Chinese would be an advantage, but is not prerequisite
  • Ability to work on own initiative as part of an international team and capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Good interpersonal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive team player able to work well under pressure
  • Keen interest in Human Resources / Recruiting as a function 
  • Positive & can-do attitude, IT savvy with keen interest to learn 
  • Able to thrive in a process-oriented environment with inclination to systems & tools.
