XM Asia Researcher
Responsibilities:
- Drive overall research activity related and training program, to XMI for the organization
- Develop Benchmarks and thought-leadership studies which would identify trends in the market related to customer experience.
- Work with local organizations to understand market demand and design survey instruments that meet their research objectives and conform to best practices in survey methodology
- Work closely with internal and external resources to ensure successful execution of the fieldwork and data collection
- Share final analysis and ensure they can take accurate action on resulting recommendations
- Frequently develop thought leadership content, articles, webinars and conference presentations based on the benchmarks and research studies
- Ensure a successful launch by selecting the appropriate research methodology to meet the research objectives
- Contribute to local XM benchmarks repository and use-cases
- Organize events around research findings, webinars/roundtables and invite appropriate stakeholders to deliver results
- Create Digital content – ebooks/infographics/reports/press releases on the benchmarks & research studies produced
- Client meetings for strategic accounts to present research findings
- Work with XMI team to tailor/develop training requirements for XMI Asia
- Drive community growth, build engagement through XM Community events, publications and social media
Successful candidates will possess most of the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Research field
- Advanced and practical experience of research design and analysis including sample design, questionnaire design, data management, and advanced statistical analysis
- Good to have advanced and practical experience of training program design including material design, delivery, and program management
- Initiative, drive and the ability to define research strategies from scratch
- Demonstrated ability to manage large and time-bound research
- High attention to detail, strong organizational/logistics skills
- Be a quick learner and work well both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to take a big picture idea and run with it
- Confidence to independently solve problems
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic
- Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients
- Positive, “can do” attitude.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in statistics or related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to understand market needs
- Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of producing research reports
- Superior analytical, writing, listening, and presentation skills
